We are dedicated to providing comprehensive support and encouragement for individuals of all abilities to engage in a range of physical activities.

Assist-Travel/Transport

This service provides participants a comfort of self move without hesitation. AFC is specialised in arranging services such as Taxi/Ride share or public transport according to participants need.
If it’s shopping, school drop off, grocery etc, we are always there to organise the transportation so you can feel independent.

HOUSEHOLD TASKS

We understand that daily household tasks can be a challenge for individuals with disabilities, which is why we are here to lend a helping hand. Our dedicated team is committed to lightening your load so you can become free from the constraints of everyday chores.

Daily Tasks/Shared Living

Support the participant with everyday domestic needs/Tasks that they may not be able to do so themselves without assistance in a shared living arrangement, SIL, or other living arrangements. Angel Family Care is committed on enhancing and evolving the skills of participants so they can live independently while interacting with their daily tasks. This line items do not cover rent, board lodging, daily living expenses and bills.

Community Participation

This service comes in Support category 4 which provides participants the ease to participate in community, social or recreational activities that helps them to obtain their goals.
This funding also cover support for activities that are either centre based or out in the community for Example to attend the gardening group at standard or higher intensity rat
