Ellena, the director of EID AND CARE Services, is a highly qualified support worker with over five years of experience in the field. She began her career as a community support worker and has since gained extensive experience in providing support to individuals with disabilities.

Ellena has developed a comprehensive understanding of the needs of people with disabilities. Her valuable skills and experience ensure that support is delivered in a way that not only meets the needs of participants but is also planned, coordinated, and executed using best practices.
