Eid and Care Services provides these Policies and Privacies:​
EID AND CARE Services is dedicated to maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation relevant to the scope of our support services, in compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards.
Staff Training and Conduct
All EID AND CARE Services staff complete the NDIS Code of Conduct Online Training course. This ensures that our employees are well-informed about participants' rights and can effectively communicate this information.
Information Commitment to Safety and WellbeingCollection and Access
EID AND CARE Services is committed to ensuring the safety, protection, and wellbeing of all participants, in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
EID AND CARE Services has established policies and procedures that align with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators) Guidelines 2018 and applicable Rules. Our approach is strengths-based, person-centred, and holistic, ensuring that participants receive the highest quality of care and support.
Person-Centred Care
We prioritize person-centred care, placing participants at the core of decision-making processes. Consent forms are utilized to identify if participants wish to involve family, friends, or guardians in their care.
Participants are provided with the EID AND CARE Services Participant Handbook, which outlines their rights as NDIS participants and includes a list of advocacy services available to them at intake and review stages.
Information Collection and Access
During the onboarding process, participants are informed about the information we collect, how they can access it, and the reasons for its collection. This information is communicated in a language and mode that participants understand, with confirmation acknowledged in the NDIS Service Agreement. Interpreter services are provided if necessary.
